Fusaro's Homemade Italian opens to packed dining rooms
Despite trendy restaurants lining nearly every street of downtown Nantucket and new establishments opening each year, starting a new eatery on the island is no easy feat. Tom Fusaro, owner of recently founded Fusaro’s restaurant, agrees.
“It was incredibly intimidating-I felt like I was blindly diving into the deep end of the pool,” he said.
